Burn it Up Eisteddfod Update

The Burn It Up Eisteddfod is only a few weeks away and here are the details you all need to know.

Location:

Gosford High School – Cnr Showground Rd & Racecourse Rd Gosford.

Date:

Saturday 24th June

Time:

You all need to be there no later than the following times.

Kick Up Your Heels – 1:30pm

Pity Party – 5:30pm

Me Too – 5:30pm

Ave Maria – 5:30pm

Rasta, Booty Remix, River Deep & Janet – 6:00pm

All Eisteddfod fees should be paid by now and if you still have them outstanding please fix these up immediately.

Attention 2017 Eisteddfod Groups

To All Eisteddfod Students,

Our first eisteddfod for the following groups; Kick Up Your Heels, Me Too, Pity Party, Rasta, Booty Remix, Janet Remix, River Deep and Ave Maria, will be the Burn It Up Dance Challenge and groups will be the weekend of the 24th and 25th of June.

The venue for this eisteddfod will be Gosford High School, 30 Racecourse Rd, Gosford. Once I have the program I will inform you of the times.

The entry fees for this Eisteddfod are $6.00 for each routine you are in. No individual or family pays more than $20.00. Your eisteddfod entry fees are due by the 8th June.
When paying your fees please place in a separate envelope and not with your weekly fees.

Our second eisteddfod for the following groups only; Rasta, Booty Remix,Janet Remix, River Deep and Ave Maria, will be the weekend of the 14th 15th and 16th July.
The venue for this Eisteddfod will be Brisbane Waters Secondary Collage, Woy Woy Campus, Edward St, Woy Woy. I will give you exact times once I have received the program.

From Janelle – End Term 1

To All Students,

The first term has past us by very quickly and school holidays are almost here.

There will be no lessons at all during the holidays. Holidays for dancing will be from Monday 10th April through to the 25th April. Dancing will return Wednesday 26th April 2017.

Many people have already let their fees fall behind. All fees from EVERYBODY must be paid by the end of this term. If you are unsure of what you are owing please give me a call or ask Beryl who is only at dancing on Thursdays. Now that everyone has settled into their classes all fees must be paid whether you attend or not.

For those people joining us for the first time, we do have a costume fund available. You are able to pay a little bit of cash each week towards your costumes for the end of the year. Small amounts of money each week adds up and will ease the final costume payment at the end.

Uniforms have been ordered and I hope they will be back first week in term 2. For those that ordered uniforms your money is now due.

CONCERT DETAILS: Concert date for 2017 is Thursday 7th December & Friday 8th December at The Art House Wyong. Our only rehearsal at The Art House will be Monday 4th December. A note with further concert details will be handed out in term 2.
